Services Provided

MS TECH SOLUTIONS LLC offers necklaces, rings, chains, bracelets, and other customized jewelry products. Products may be provided through pre-booked appointments, walk-in customers, or custom design orders, as agreed upon in writing or through an online booking before work commences.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:
 

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for successful service delivery.

  • Respond to communication and feedback requests in a timely manner.

  • Review proposed designs or appointment details and approve or request revisions promptly.

  • Make all agreed-upon payments according to the invoicing and payment schedule.

Payments and Billing

All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are listed on our website.
Clients will receive a digital receipt or confirmation email upon payment.
A custom billing descriptor (e.g., MS TECH) will appear on your statement.

Failure to pay on time may result in appointment delays or cancellation.

Refund Policy

1: Refund & Return Policy for Standard Products:

  • A full refund will be issued if the customer is not satisfied with the product, subject to the terms below.

  • Customers may request a return or exchange for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, or if the product has not been delivered.

  • Refund or return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • No refunds or returns will be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Refund Policy for Customized Products (Bracelets, Rings, Necklaces, Chains, and Other Custom-Made Items)

All payments made to MS TECH SOLUTIONS LLC for customized products are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 

By making a payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • No refunds will be issued for customized products for any reason, including but not limited to a change of mind, dissatisfaction with the finished product, or cancellation of the order after production has begun.

  • Once payment has been processed, the customer waives any right to request a refund or initiate a chargeback, except where required by applicable law.

  • Customers are encouraged to carefully review all product specifications, customization details, pricing, and order information before completing their purchase.
     

This strict no-refund policy enables MS TECH SOLUTIONS LLC to allocate materials, production time, and resources efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards for all customized products.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified:

  • All custom artwork created for the client becomes the client’s property upon full payment.

  • MS TECH SOLUTIONS retains the right to display non-confidential work in portfolios or on social media.

  • Use of our artwork without payment or outside the scope of the project agreement is strictly prohibited.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information, client data, and design concepts confidential unless required by law or explicitly permitted in writing.

Service Delivery and Timelines

We make every effort to deliver services according to the agreed timeline. However, delays caused by incomplete client input, last-minute reschedules, or force majeure events may result in adjustments to service times.

Limitation of Liability

MS TECH SOLUTIONS LLC shall not be liable for:
 

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or delays.

  • Client losses resulting from miscommunication or unforeseen healing reactions.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In such cases:

  • Services delivered up to the date of termination will be billed and payable.

  • Partial refunds may be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version is always available on our website.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, where MS TECH SOLUTIONS LLC is located and operates.
